DC nine, Washington D.C. 080904   --> Back to the live page <-- Washington D.C., the capitol of the United States of America, sadly everything worth seeing was closed off so you could barely even see the White House. Anyway, I was surprised to see who much of a big ghetto D.C. was, especially the blocks around the president's residency. Maybe someone should spend money fixing his own neighbourhood up than spending them on crazy wars. Enough with the politics, back to the gig. Sadly, the Rosebuds had cancelled this gig due to the tornados but we were still excited to play with our crazy pals in Lil' Hospital who is a great band. Our set went great too, DC 9 was a really pleasant experience overall. They had good veg-chili too, some diner in D.C. that is. The setlist: 1. Catering 2. Outside my window 3. I still love you 4.
